With a multifaceted background ranging from working as a juvenile probation officer to consulting within the faith community, Dr. Angela's commitment to building people and advancing organizations has been consistent throughout her journey.
Angela catalyzed organizational excellence during her corporate tenure, leading the talent management function for many functional business units spanning 15 states. As the head of a Center of Excellence, she spearheaded staff and leadership development initiatives, fostered employee and business partner engagement, and contributed significantly to operational results. Her ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, and execute with an operational focus made her an invaluable asset to her organization and a trusted advisor to her clients.

Angela is a proud HBCU graduate of Spelman College. She continued her academic pursuits, earning a Master's degree from Georgia State University and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Angela holds professional certifications as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a PROSCI Change practitioner. She is also certified to administer behavioral assessments, including DiSC, Myers-Briggs, and Hogan.
