Dr. Angela C. Hill

Angela's professional career spans government, non-profit, education, retail, energy, and food & beverage. From her early career as a juvenile probation officer and training court advocates to working as an adjunct professor and consulting within the faith community, to building a career in the corporate sector leading the talent management function – Angela has always been committed to building people and advancing organizations.

At the peak of her corporate career, she supported 32 functional business units across 15 states leading a Center of Excellence. She led staff and leadership development, employee and business partner engagement, and contributed to operational results in this capacity. Today, she translates that experience to designing, implementing, and evaluating custom interventions and enterprise solutions to develop people and advance organizations. Angela understands firsthand what it means to think, plan and execute strategically while driving results with an operational focus, something her clients value most.

Angela is a proud HBCU graduate, having earned her Bachelor's degree from Spelman College. She continued her academic pursuits by earning a Master's degree from Georgia State University and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She also holds professional certifications in Human Resources (SPHR), coaching (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) and is a certified John Maxwell team member.
